At ZipZero, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging with all contents included.
- Returns will not be accepted for products showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling.
- The customer must provide clear evidence (photos or videos) of the product’s condition before initiating the return process.
Exclusions:
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind once the product has been opened or used.
- Returns based on subjective expectations (e.g., “it’s not what I expected”) will not be accepted.
Return Process:
- The customer must request a return authorization via email before sending any item back.
- If the return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued only if all conditions are met.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return does not meet the required conditions, the item may be shipped back to the customer.
